After my pledging haliographic admiration for Chris Grayling, I saw another Conservative front bencher on Newsnight last night, talking about terrorism. I actually thought she sounded as though she was talking sense, based on real knowledge. Pauline Neville-Jones, it was.
Oh dear, I'm starting to get worried. It was unusual to hear a Tory talking about fighting the real causes of terrorism - disenchantment of young British Muslims etc.
