Not all rosy for Cameron in the polls

David Cowling on BBC Online makes some interesting reflections on the October opinion polls.

He observes that Gordon Brown is still well ahead of David Cameron on strong leadership and managing the economy.

He also notes that most people still think the Tory party hasn't changed under Cameron:

ICM/Guardian (sampled 3 to 4 October) found 54% taking the view that the Conservatives are the same party they always were and haven't really changed at all...
