Thank goodness for Gloucestershire Farsi speakers

It appears that we should thank Gloucestershire Farsi speakers for nudging George W Bush out of the idea of invading Iran.

Background

Cheltenham GCHQ - Gloucestershire - Farsi speakers translated Iranian air traffic which, at least partially, led to George W laying off the Iran-invasion idea, at least for the time-being. Apparently we have more Farsi speakers working in our intelligence services than the US, so we were able to help dear old Uncle Sam.
