Vince Cable gets full marks for PMQs again

Vince Cable seems to have got most commentators' thumbs-up for most amusing and effective of what was his and this year's last Prime Minister's Questions.

For example, Sky's Niall Paterson writes:

In today's most amusing exchange, Vince Cable took to his feet to huge cheers for his last session of PMQs as the Lib Dems acting leader (the new chap will be installed early next week), and asked what the PM would consider his worst moment of 2007?
In a few short weeks many political commentaters have had, through gritted teeth, to compliment the Acting Leader on his performances in the Chamber, and another gag about the PM's somewhat precarious position will no doubt feature in tomorrow's diary pieces.
