A school closing just two years after it was built at a cost of £25 million? That was the cornflake-spitting moment on Today this morning. It referred to Bishops Park College in West Clacton, Essex.
However, a little more reading suggests that the buildings will still be used by a proposed amalgamated school on the site.
So, we should all wipe up those cornflakes from the table and breathe again.
