Oh dear, dear, dear.
Poor old Lembit comes bottom of the LibDem Voice poll of Shadow cabinet members.
I am rather surprised. I thought I was part of a small clique of Opik-low-raters.
I like Lembit. But he has always ridden two horses - trying to be a serious politician while appearing on TV programmes laughing at men playing the xylophone with their....er...honourable member and other similar delights.
It seems that, at every opportunity, when Lembit has had to choose, he has chosen the light entertainment horse to ride, in preference to the serious politician horse.
This poll rating should bring home to him the starkness of the choice he has made.
